The riots concerns the rape and killing of a 17-year-old schoolgirl allegedly at the hands of some people with influence. Police said she died of suicide but when the girl's uncle went to confront authorities they beat him to death. Chinese authorities are trying to block news of these riots getting out. I remember my Grannie taking me on trips to different historic places in Ohio and she would tell me stories about Ohio’s history. She was fascinated by history, and shared her knowledge with her grandkids whenever she got a chance. We would drive to different counties, looking at the court houses- Ohio has some classic mid-western county courthouses. She’d talk about the building materials, and the statues out front. On Thursday 26 June 2008, Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJI) crashed and fell almost 360 points after crude oil futures rose sharply passing above $140 level. Dow loses extended to Friday when it dropped 106.91 (-0.93%) to close at 11,346.51. DJI lowest level of 11,634 in Jan 2008 was taken out by the bear and we have a bearish trend confirmation.
